Bag Replacements:
Questions to ask for retrofitting systems

1. What is the reason for changing from conventional bags to pleated bags?
2. What media is being used now?
3. What problems have they been having?
4. Has their dust collection equipment been altered since first bought?
5. Have their motors, fans or blow-off systems been changed since new?
6. Has the customer added any new equipment which now requires more air flow?
7. Has an engineer looked at their complete system to analyze the retrofitting possibility?

Any large retrofitting applications will be passed on to our engineering group. They may want to inspect the system before giving a recommendation.
